The Location

Bagno Vignoni is a little magical medieval village with thermal springs, located in the heart of the world famous Italian “Tuscan Hills”. Bagno Vignoni is known for its calming energy, and its ancient thermal waters for their deep therapeutic (almost magical) healing effects on the body, heart and soul.

For hundreds of years, this place has been a spiritual destination for pilgrimages from all over the world. Today we have used it as the location for a modern ashram. It is a healing place that calls you into the Inner Sanctuary of your Being.

The village has several cafe’s and restaurants that offers you all the best of the Italian cuisine and of course the Italian Dolce vita atmosphere!

The Accommodation

You will stay at the historic 4 star Spa Hotel Albergo Posta located in a peaceful corner of Bagno Vignoni overlooking the nature and Tuscan hills. With its tranquil atmosphere and the deep healing thermal pools, you have the most outstanding and perfect location to Move BeYond!

All rooms are newly renovated and all unique decorated.

The restaurant of the hotel will welcome you every morning with a healthy rich breakfast buffet.

The indoor spa offers a small covered swimming pool connected to the two outdoor thermal pools, as well as the Stanze dell’Acqua with hydro-massage pool, finish sauna, saline, and Turkish bath.

Michael and Tanya’s vision was to create a modern ashram for our time – a place of true retreat where one can focus safely on healing, self-knowledge and spirituality.

Working together with the combined energies of both Tanya and Michael is unlike anything you will have experienced before. Their methods are deeply complementary and their respective feminine and masculine energies augment each other.
