The Location
Bagno Vignoni is a little magical medieval village with thermal springs, located in the heart of the world famous Italian “Tuscan Hills”. Bagno Vignoni is known for its calming energy, and its ancient thermal waters for their deep therapeutic and magical healing effects on the body, heart and spirit.
For hundreds of years, this place has been a spiritual destination for pilgrimages from all over the world. Today we have used it as the location for a modern ashram. It is a healing place that calls you into the Inner Sanctuary of your Being.
The village has several cafe’s and restaurants that offers you all the best of the Italian cuisine and of course the Italian Dolce vita atmosphere!
The Accommodation
You will stay at the historic 5 star Spa Hotel La Posta located in the most peaceful corner of Bagno Vignoni, where the thermal pools, restaurants, rooms, and gardens are overlooking the Tuscan hills.
All rooms a unique decorated and creates an oasis of calmness and relaxation.
The are two thermal water pools. The water has deep therapeutic healing effects. The thermal waters flow into the outdoor first pool with temperature between 35°C and 38°C. In the last between 28°C and 32°C.
We are using the thermal pools for many of our sessions.
The hotel has as well an indoor spa offers a covered small thermal hydro-massage pool, finish sauna, saline, and Turkish bath.
