Working together with the combined energies of both Tanya and Michael is unlike anything you will have experienced before. Their methods are deeply complementary and their respective feminine and masculine energies augment each other.

Tanya and Michael have condensed their extensive knowledge of esoteric matters and spirituality into a simple, yet powerful process, delivered in locations that are themselves powerfully healing and positively energetic.

The Location

Bagno Vignoni is a little magical medieval village with thermal springs, located in the heart of the world famous Italian “Tuscan Hills”. Bagno Vignoni is known for its calming energy, and its ancient thermal waters for their deep therapeutic and magical healing effects on the body, heart and spirit.

For hundreds of years, this place has been a spiritual destination for pilgrimages from all over the world. Today we have used it as the location for a modern ashram. It is a healing place that calls you into the Inner Sanctuary of your Being.

The village has several cafe’s and restaurants that offers you all the best of the Italian cuisine and of course the Italian Dolce vita atmosphere!

The hotel

You will stay at the historic 5 star Spa Hotel La Posta located in the most peaceful corner of Bagno Vignoni overlooking the nature and Tuscan hills. With its tranquil atmosphere and the deep healing thermal pools, you have the most outstanding and perfect location to Move BeYond!

All rooms are newly renovated and all unique decorated.

The restaurant of the hotel will welcome you every morning with a healthy rich breakfast buffet, lunches in garden and dinners in the elegant restaurant overlooking the pools and the Tuscany Hills.

The thermal pools

The thermal pools – A magnificent gift of nature! The thermal waters flow into the outdoor thermal pools from the heart of the earth at thecenter of the village with a temperature of 49°C, creating an oasis of absolute well-being. The waters not only offer a unique relaxation experience, but also boast beneficial properties for the skin, joints and muscles. As well the water has a deep spiritual healing affect.

The Thermal pools are as well the base of many of our sessions, using the benefits of the thermal water to move within and beyond.

The indoor spa offers a covered swimming pool connected to the two outdoor thermal pools, as well as the Stanze dell’Acqua with hydro-massage pool, finish sauna, saline, and Turkish bath.

A private retreat package is 100% customized to you whet ever you a couple, family, friends or solo individual.

We will make your program according to where you are. The program can be adjusted session by session.
