A Private Couple BeYond retreat program is 100% customized with 3- 4 sessions a day. The time of the sessions we decide together, so they support your rhythm and the flow throughout the day. We will make your program according to where you are, using sometimes all the sessions below, other times some of them in repetitions. You will have both shared sessions and individual sessions. Each session is around 90min. The program can be adjusted session by session, as your journey is unique.

Afternoon: Between 4-6Pm

BeYond BEACH: Spiritual teachings in the ocean and on the beach with Tanya or Michael
BEYOND SPIRITUALITY: Discovery talks on spirituality followed by meditation with Tanya and Michael
BEYOND NATURE: Find inner peace with Tanya. Spiritual exercises and meditation in nature
BEYOND MUSIC: Find your power through transformational body work and meditation with music
