A Private Couple BeYond retreat program is 100% customized with 3 sessions a day. We will make your program according to where you are, using sometimes all the sessions below, other times some of them in repetitions. You will have both shared couple sessions and individual sessions. Each session is 90min. The program can be adjusted session by session, as your journey is unique.

PAYMENT INFO
Kindly pay in 50% deposit to be paid to secure your retreat and your bungalow.
The deposit is non- refundable.
The remaining 50% is due latest 60 days prior to arrival.
Last-minute bookings (less than 60 days before a retreat) must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:
Guest Cancellation Policy: Kindly note, it is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.
Deposits are non refundable.
If a cancellation for a specific retreat is made up to 60 days before your retreat start, the participant will have the option to switch retreats, availability allowing.
Alternatively, the guest is entitled to transfer the deposit to another guest who signs up for a retreat.
If a cancellation is made after your full amount is paid later than 60 days before a retreat. There is no refund given.
You may cancel your retreat at any time provided. It should be done in writing. Cancellation will take effect from the day that the written request is received by us. But no refund given.
For one-to-one private sessions, there is 24 hours cancellation and re-schedule policy. if you cancel/ re-schedule later than 24 hours before the session. The session is lost.
Once your retreat has commenced, no refund or part refund or unused portion of your retreat will be repaid in the event of cancellation, no-show, arriving late or leaving early. We do not offer credit for a guest arriving late or leaving early.
Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason.
BeYond Cancellation Policy
While we have never cancelled a retreat to date, if ‘Beyond’ must cancel a booked retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a refund of your payment to us, constituting a settlement of anything above the deposit.
‘Beyond’ is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip
HOW TO FLY TO US
Goa has 2 operational airports. Dabolim Airport at Dabolim, and Manohar International Airport at Mopa. Here we recommend 2 airlines, you can for sure find others too.
Air India has always budget friendly prices and fly out from almost all countries. Mostly you will need to change flight in Delhi or Mumbai to a domestic flight to Goa. You can book it all with Air India. Air Qatar has more modern and more luxury flights with a higher price. You will often find direct flights to Goa airport with just a stop over for some hours during the flight. www.momondo.com is also a good portal to check out for flights. The website will show you all possible options with all price ranges.

AIRPORTS TO PATNEM BEACH
Patnem beach is in Canacona – 65 to 85 kilometers from the airports. It will take approximately 1,5 – 2,5 hour in taxi.
VISA

GOA INDIA – A BIT MORE INFO
Goa is Indias smallest – and some would say most friendly – state, boasting some of the best beaches in Asia. However, its not just sand, sea, and sunsets. Goas mix of Indian and Portuguese heritage means you will find white churches poking out from the coconut palms alongside Hindu temples. It is a very safe place for guests to arrive alone and go out at night.
Patnem beach is located in the south of Goa. Whilst some of north Goa has suffered from over-development, the far south is still unspoiled, with its lush mountain range, beautiful backwaters, and long golden beaches.

WHAT TO PACK
Light summer clothes, a long sleeve shirt for the evenings, a shawl to cover arm and legs during meditation to avoid disturbance from insects😊. Camera, sun screen, comfortable light clothes for yoga, meditation, /snickers for nature, bathing clothes and some nice light clothes for dinner. (Don’t worry if you forget something, you can buy everything where we are).
SURROUNDINGS OF PATNEM
The Local Indian town next to us is Chaudi, a five-minute drive away. It has banks and ATMs, a supermarket, well-stocked chemists, and a colorful Saturday fruit and veg market.
Patnem high street has a useful mix of internet cafes, money exchange and travel agents, and shops selling clothing and souvenirs alongside everyday essential such as toiletries.
Whilst social life in Patnem mostly consists of some sunset cocktails at one of the beach shacks, with occasional live music nights, there are regular headphone parties in Palolem – the beach nearby where there are much more people and nightlife.
PRACTICAL INFO
- You will need India rupees to pay with in India.
- There is a private ATM close on the beach side. Note the private ATM company are charging an extra fee of 5 %. You can as well bring foreign currency to exchange there.
- There are plenty of shops at Patnem beach side, where you can buy: jewelry, handcraft, Local Indian products, clothes, swimwear etc as well as services such as tour guides, laundry, scooter rental and more.
- We highly recommend you to have your own travel insurance to cover any loss or injury.

- You can get easily around in Patnem and next beach Palolem area by “tuk tuk”. The price is app 50-100 Indian rupees one way.
VACCINATIONS
Vaccinations are not needed. All though it is a personal choice, and only you can decide what feels right for you. We are pleased to share with you our knowledge around this, as we have traveled and “lived’ in India the last 20 years.
