A private BeYond retreat program is 100% customized. The time of the sessions we decide together, so they support your rhythm and the flow throughout the day. We will make your program according to where you are, using sometimes all the sessions below, other times some of them in repetitions. Each session is around 90min. The program can be adjusted session by session, as your journey is unique.

Booking Conditions
50% deposit to be paid to secure your retreat (and hotel room in Tuscany, your bungalow in Goa, your bungalow in Bali).
The deposit is non- refundable.
The remaining 50% is due latest 60 days prior to arrival.
Last-minute bookings (less than 60 days before a retreat) must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
Terms of Payment:
Payment should be submitted by Bank Transfer in Euros
You will receive all info, when booking.
Cancellation Policy:
Guest Cancellation Policy: Kindly note, it is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.
Deposits are non refundable.
If a cancellation for a specific retreat is made up to 60 days before your retreat start, the participant will have the option to switch retreats, availability allowing.
Alternatively, the guest is entitled to transfer the deposit to another guest who signs up for a retreat.
If a cancellation is made after your full amount is paid later than 60 days before a retreat. There is no refund given.
You may cancel your retreat at any time provided. It should be done in writing. Cancellation will take effect from the day that the written request is received by us. But no refund given.
For one-to-one private sessions, there is 24 hours cancellation and re-schedule policy. if you cancel/ re-schedule later than 24 hours before the session. The session is lost.
Once your retreat has commenced, no refund or part refund or unused portion of your retreat will be repaid in the event of cancellation, no-show, arriving late or leaving early. We do not offer credit for a guest arriving late or leaving early.
Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason.
BeYond Cancellation Policy
While we have never cancelled a retreat to date, if ‘Beyond’ must cancel a booked retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a refund of your payment to us, constituting a settlement of anything above the deposit.
‘Beyond’ is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
